ROG Presents Aftershock Empty
PostSubject: Re: ROG Presents Aftershock   ROG Presents Aftershock EmptyThu Aug 21, 2008 7:57 am

Leroy Brown= Red
Jimmy DeMarco= Green
Ed Richards= Purple
Dan Jackson= Blue

“Bleed It Out” by Linkin Park blares throughout the arena while pyro explodes across the stage. The camera pans round the sold- out arena before stopping on the announcer’s table at ringside.

Hello everyone, I’m Leroy Brown and this is Jimmy DeMarco, together will be calling the action from Ring of Glorys second ever Super Show “Aftershock” from San Francisco. “Aftershock” is the only ROG Super Show where the fans are in control. The fans get to call the shots and I can’t wait to see what match- ups and wrestlers they’ve chosen.

Oh yeah, tonight is going to be huge! Trust David Simou to come up with a great idea like having “Aftershock” interactive. Fans logged onto bangsurluna.former.com in there millions to vote but if you forgot then I’m sorry to inform you that the votes have already been counted so you’ve missed your chance.

But don’t worry because this great show coming up will more than make up for it.

Definitely, the ROG Heavyweight Champion Erik Michaels will defend his belt against either Steve Ace, Chris Classic or The Sound. Whoever wins the public vote will get the opportunity of a lifetime: a one- on- one match for the most prestigious title belt in all of wrestling.

But what about the losers of the vote, they still get a championship match, the ROG Tag Team titles will be up for grabs as two members of “The Powers That Be” will face off against either Steve Ace, Chris Classic or The Sound.

It’s a win- win situation for all three men but they’ve all got their eyes on the big one. It’s the last thing they think about when they go to sleep at night and the first thing when they wake up in the morning. That’s how much that belt means to these men.

Well, we’re going to find out who will be facing Erik Michaels and David Simous tag team partner right now as Dan Jackson is going to reveal the results backstage.

The camera cuts to backstage where Dan Jackson is standing with a mic next to Steve Ace, Chris Classic and The Sound.

OK, tonight one of these three men will take on Erik Michaels with the ROG Heavyweight Championship on the line while the other two will face David Simou and either Ella Perez or Erik Michaels. Lets find out!

The results flash up on the TitanTron quickly:

Steve Ace 50%
Chris Classic 30%
The Sound 20%

The crowd cheers loudly at this information. The camera returns to backstage where Chris Classic and The Sound shake hands with Steve Ace. Steve then walks off down the corridor back to the locker room.

So it’s going to be Erik Michaels vs. Steve Ace with the ROG Heavyweight Championship on the line a little bit later on tonight. But now lets find out who Chris Classic and The Sound will face in the ROG Tag Team Championship match, will it be Ella Perez or Erik Michaels tagging with David Simou?

The results appear on the TitanTron for a few seconds:

Erik Michaels 25%
Ella Perez 75%

The camera cuts back to backstage where Dan Jackson is standing alone.

Well, Chris Classic and The Sound will be facing Ella Perez and David Simou for the ROG Tag Team Titles and that match is up next.

The camera cuts to the announcer’s table at ringside.

Wow, it’ll be Ella Perez and David Simou taking on Chris Classic and The Sound with Steve Ace in the main event against the champion Erik Michaels!

Classical music begins playing as Chris Classic walks out onto the stage before making his way to the ring.

What a team, Chris Classic and The Sound!

Yeah, those two are pretty impressive but they ‘aint got nothing on “The Powers That Be”. They’re the most powerful and dominant force in professional wrestling today.

The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is to crown the first Ring of Glory Tag Team Champions. On his way to ring, from the Kayfabe Era, weighing in at 252 pounds… Chris Classic!

Classic slides into the ring and climbs the bottom left turnbuckle as the crowd cheers.

Where's his tag team partner?

“Battery” by Mettalica starts up as red smoke fills the stage. The Sound strolls down the ramp shaking fans hands as he goes. He has an acoustic guitar strapped around his back.

And his tag team partner, from England, weighing in at 245 pounds… The Sound!

The Sound climbs into the ring and places his guitar under the turnbuckle. He shakes hands with Chris Classic before posing for the cheering crowd.

If The Sound can hit the Sound Effect on either of “The Powers That Be” then this match will be over, 1-2-3.

You overestimate this man Leroy; he’s in the wrong profession. He’s brought a guitar to the ring for Christ’s sake. This guy’s a rock star not a wrestler.

The lights begin to flicker on and off as “99 Problems” by Jay Z blares through the sound system. David Simou and Ella Perez walk out onto the stage. They stop and raise their arms together before continuing on their way to the ring.

And the opponents, at a combined weight of 340 pounds, they are two thirds of “The Powers That Be”… David Simou and Ella Perez!

Here they are: the best tag team in wrestling today!

Well, we’ll find out if that’s true in this match- up. The one thing that make me favour “The Powers That Be” in this match is that they’ve tagged together before on Sunday Night Turmoil. The Sound and Chris Classic have never been on the same team, until about five minutes ago they didn’t even know they’d be teaming up! Simou and Ella have worked together before and they worked together well, they beat their opponents and one of them was The Sound. Unfortunately there’s a high chance that “The Powers That Be” will leave San Francisco tonight with all the gold. This should be an interesting match- up.

Any match with “The Powers That Be” is interesting Leroy.

Simou climbs up onto the apron and pulls the ropes down for Ella as she steps into the ring. Simou follows and Classic and The Sound retreat over to the other side of the ring. Simou and Ella again raise their arms together as the crowd boos. The referee motions to ringside and the bell sounds. Ella climbs out onto the apron as Classic does the same.

This match is under way!

The Sound rushes forward and takes Simou down with a clothesline. Simou springs back up and throws a stiff right hook. It connects and Simou follows it up with a couple of chops. The Sound stumbles backwards, Simou charges at him but he takes him down with a deep armdrag. Simou jumps up but gets planted with a scoop slam. 1-2- kick out! The Sound pulls Simou back up and shoots him across the ring, Simou ducks the clothesline and continues on the ride. On the return he takes The Sound out with a swinging Neckbreaker. Simou drags The Sound over to his corner and tags in Ella Perez. He locks in the figure four leg- lock while Ella stomps away at The Sounds chest. The ref gets to a four count when Simou let’s go, takes a few kicks at The Sound and then climbs out onto the apron. Ella drops down onto The Sound with a legdrop and then pulls him up. She pushes him up against the turnbuckle and lays into him with a couple of chops. She goes for a third but The Sound ducks it slaps Ella ac. She stumbles back in horror clutching her chest while The Sound follows after her. Just as he’s about to grab Simou rushes in and elbows The Sound in the back of the head. He spins him round and lays him out with a DDT. The Sound struggles to his knees as Simou is ushered out by the ref. With the referees back turned Ella low blows The Sound and goes for a pin. 1-2- kick out! Ella tags Simou back in and they pick The Sound up together. They pick up him for double suplex but he reverses it into a Neckbreaker. He crawls across the floor and tags in Chris Classic. He bounces around the ring taking Ella and Simou out with clotheslines until Simou ducks one and knocks him out the ring with a Superkick. Classic gets to his feet with aid from the ring apron but is soon back down on the floor after Simou nails him with a baseball slide. Simou pulls back up and they exchange blows when suddenly Ella takes both men out with a moonsault from the top rope.

Shades of the heartbreak kid there Leroy!

Ella pulls Classic up and starts beating on him with Simou until The Sound bounces off the ropes and launches himself over the ropes knocking all three wrestlers down. The Sound is up first and he pushes Ella and Simou into the ring before helping Chris Classic to his feet. They slide into the ring and go to work on Simou while Ella climbs out onto the apron. Classic and The Sound shoot Simou off the ropes and as he returns nail him with a double arm- drag for a near fall. The Sound gets out the ring while Classic scoop slams Simou. Ella yells something at Classic and as he turns round she takes him out with a springboard hurricarana. The Sound charges in but Ella ducks his clothesline and nails him with a spinning heel kick. Simou goes for the cover on Classic. 1-2- kick out! Simou picks him, shoots him into the turnbuckle and runs toward him. Classic dodges at the last minute and Simou smacks his head against the turnbuckle. He stumbles back into a back suplex. 1-2- kick out! He then tags in The Sound who takes Simou down with a clothesline. Ella runs in but The Sound nails a big boot. Simou’s up but is taken out with a stiff right hook and then the same happens to Ella. The Sound pulls Simou up, kicks him in the chest and sets him up for a powerbomb. Ella springs up but before she can get to The Sound Classic throws her to the ooutside while The Sound hits The Sound Effect. 1-2-3!

The winners of the match and new ROG Tag Team Champions… Chris Classic and The Sound!

“Battery” by Metallica starts up as Ed Richards walks up the steel stairs and climbs into the ring holding the ROG Tag Team Championships.

Look at those belts! Only the best for Ring of Glory but I’m sure David Simou is pissed that “The Powers That Be” didn’t walk away with them.

Ed Richards hands the belts to Classic & The Sound and they celebrate together as the crowd goes wild. Meanwhile “The Powers That Be” stagger back up the ramp.

What a great match and I’m delighted that Chris Classic and The Sound walked away with the ROG Tag Team Championships. They deserve it.

Well, next up is the Jack Williams/ Johnny Nico match and the choices were No- DQ, Submission and Two out of Three Falls. Last week at Monday Night Meltdown’s premiere, Jack Williams teamed with ROG newcomer Tristian Artist to defeat RatedPG and The Icemans opponent tonight: Johnny Nico. It was a brilliant matchup and likely only heightened the tensions in tonights bout. Let’s go backstage to Dan Jackson.

ROG Presents Aftershock Empty
PostSubject: Re: ROG Presents Aftershock   ROG Presents Aftershock EmptyThu Aug 21, 2008 7:58 am

The camera cuts to Dan Jackson standing backstage by himself.

Hey everyone, I’m here to reveal what type of match Jack Williams and Johnny Nico will be taking part in. Either No- DQ, Submission or Two out of Three Falls, what’s it going to be? Here are the results:

No- DQ 0%
Submission 0%
Two out of Three Falls 100%

A whopping 100% for Two out of Three Falls, lets go back to ringside.

The camera cuts back to ringside.

So, Jack Williams and Johnny Nico will do battle in a Two out of Three Falls match. This should be awesome.

The fans certainly chose the best stipulation, I voted for this one too!

Generic rock music starts playing as the arena goes an icy blue. Jack Williams runs down the ramp, slides into the ring and raises his arms high into the air.

The following contest is a Two out of Three Falls match. On his way to the ring, weighing in at 215 pounds, from Phoenix Arizona… Jack “The Iceman” Williams!

He climbs the ropes and then backflips off to the crowds delight.

Woah, check that out Jimmy!

Yes, moves like that are impressive but if you mess them up, you’re done for. Johnny Nico just uses his fists and he usually get the job done.

Suddenly “No Chance” blares throughout the arena as Johnny Nico strides down the ramp menacingly. The crowd boos.

And the opponent, weighing in at 265 pounds, standing 6 feet 5… Johnny Nico!

Nico jumps up onto the apron and then climbs into the ring. He raises one arm as boos rain down.

Nico’s definitely not a fan favourite…

Jack Williams rushes forward but Nico hits him with a powerslam. He pulls Williams up and throws a couple of punches. They connect but on the third one, Williams ducks it and hits back with a few lefts and rights followed by a dropkick. Nico jumps up and goes for a big boot, Williams sidesteps and takes Nico down with a leg sweep. Nico springs back up, kicks Williams in the chest and lifts him onto his shoulders. Williams reverses it into a sunset flip for a near fall. Nico kicks out with authority. Nico swings at Williams and connects, knocking The Iceman to the floor. Nico drops an elbow but Williams rolls out the way. As Nico recovers, Williams jumps to his feet, ducks Nico’s oncoming clothesline and then knocks him down with an enzuigiri.1-2- kick out! Nico rolls out the ring, furious with how the match is going so far. He looks under the ring and finds a steel chair. He climbs back into the ring. Williams goes for a Superkick but Nico smashes the chair over his leg. Williams falls to the floor in agony as Nico lays in with a few more chairshots. The ref signals to ringside and the bell rings.

The score is now 1-0 to Jack Williams as a result of a DQ.

Johnny Nico slides the chair out the ring and covers Williams. 1-2-3! The bell rings again as the crowd begin booing.

The score is now 1-1 as a result of a pinfall by Johnny Nico.

He will have to concede one fall but after those chairshots, I reckon he can get two pins in a row!

You might be right Jimmy.

Nico goes for a second cover but Williams kicks out. Nico pulls Jack Williams up and shoots him off the ropes, Williams ducks the clothesline on the return and keeps on going. Nico lifts him hight into the air but he reverses it into a Tornado DDT. Both men are up at the same time but its Nico who attacks first. He charges forward straight into an armdrag. Williams holds onto the arm and locks in an armbar. The ref asks Nico if he wants to submit but he says no and begins crawling to the ropes. He manages to grab hold of the bottom rope and Williams is forced to release. Williams land a 360 legdrop on the fallen Nico and then scales the turnbuckle. Nico follows and the two exchange punches until Williams nails a good one and Nico falls to the mat. 450 Splash! 1-2-3!

The winner of this match with a score of two falls to one… Jack “The Iceman” Williams!

What a match! Johnny Nico thought that the chairshots would keep him down for two falls but it didn’t work. Jack Williams with the incredible 450 Splash picks up the win tonight.

Jack Williams scales the turnbuckle as the crowd cheers. Meanwhile Johnny Nico limps back to the locker room angrily.

Well, I’ll give Jack Williams some credit. He came out here not knowing what kind of match he was in, against the extremely tough Johnny Nico and still won the match. I’m impressed Leroy.

Erik Michaels= Orange
David Simou= Cyan

The camera suddenly cuts backstage where “The Powers That Be” are standing in their locker room. It’s very luxurious with leather sofas, glass tables and champagne.

What the hell happened out there?!

I’m sorry Erik. We had the match won; it was because of that bastard Chris Classic…

I don’t want to hear your excuses! “The Powers That Be” is for winners David, remember that.

Hey, why pin all the blame on me? It wasn’t a handicap match Erik, Ella was out there too.

Yeah but she wasn’t the one who got pinned was she? Look, this stable is for the very best in professional wrestling. I’m starting to have doubts over whether you should be in it David.

What the hell? I’m a founding member! You can’t just kick me out because I lost one tag match!

No one said anything about kicking people out David… yet.

Erik Michaels and Ella walk out the locker room leaving David Simou alone. He slumps into a leather chair and begins massaging his head. The camera cuts back to ringside.

Oh dear, tensions are high in “The Powers That Be” locker room…

Yeah, Erik Michaels and Ella Perez are blaming David Simou for the failure to capture the ROG Tag Team Championships which I think is unfair.

Well, he was the one who got pinned and like Michaels said, “The Powers That Be” is only for the best and David Simou seems to letting the team down at the moment.

Well now it’s time for the David Sykes/ RatedPG match and it has some very interesting stipulations. Depending on the results of the vote, the winner will either have the chance to choose the type of match they compete in next, have the lovely Ashley Nero as their manager or be the first X- Rated Champion.

Let’s find out!

The camera cuts backstage where Dan Jackson is standing with Ashley Nero.

It will be RatedPG vs. David Sykes but what shall the winner receive? To choose the next match they have, be the first X- Rated Champion or have Ashley Nero’s managerial services. That’s the won I’d choose. Let’s see what the fans decided though:

Ashleys managerial services 0%
X- Rated Championship 80%
Winner chooses what type of match they have next 20%

Sorry Ashley but the match will be for the X- Rated Championship! Let’s go back to ringside.

The camera returns to ringside.

ROG Presents Aftershock Empty
PostSubject: Re: ROG Presents Aftershock   ROG Presents Aftershock EmptyThu Aug 21, 2008 7:58 am

The first X- Rated Champion will be crowned tonight and it will either be RatedPG or David Sykes. Who are you going with Leroy?

I reckon David Sykes could pull out the victory. He’s got a lot of heart and experience and those two factors could be crucial tonight.

Yeah but RatedPG is younger, fitter and most importantly better.

Well, we’ll have to see.

“What I Want” by Daughtry plays loudly and RatedPG slips through the curtain. He poses on the stage before strutting down to the ring. The crowd is booing.

RatedPG is the reason people watch Monday Night Meltdown; he’s all about boosting the ratings.

The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the X- Rated Championship. On his way to the ring, weighing 210 pounds, from Biloxi Mississippi… RatedPG!

RatedPG slides into the ring and poses again. Suddenly “Polyamous” by Breaking Benjamin starts up and David Sykes walks down the ramp to a good crowd reaction.

And the opponent, weighing in a 65 kilos, from Sydney Australia… David Sykes!

Sykes climbs into the ring and walks to the corner. He climbs up the top left turnbuckle but RatedPG dashes over and nails him with a back suplex off the second rope. The bell rings. PG lays in with stomps to Sykes before picking him up and Irish whipping him. Sykes ducks the clothesline and takes PG out with a Kitchen Sink on the return. Both men jump up and PG runs into an armdrag. The same thing happens twice more until PG reverese it into an armdrag of his own. Both men spring back up and PG gets knocked down by a clothesline. Sykes stomps away at PGs knee and then shoots him into the turnbuckle. He follows but PG moves out the way and then nails Sykes with a Back Cracker. 1-2- kick out. PG climbs the turnbuckle and goes for a shooting star press. Sykes rolls out the way at the last second.

That must have been on instinct alone!

PG rolls around on the floor clutching his stomach while Sykes stalks his opponent. PG struggles to his feet, ducks a clothesline and nails him with a leg sweep. Both men are up straight away and take each other down with clotheslines. The ref counts to eight and they get to their feet. Sykes lifts PG onto his shoulders but he elbows him in the face and slips off. As Sykes turns rounds PG nails him with a bicycle kick. PG pulls him back up and swings a punch; Sykes blocks it and hits a suplex for a near fall. He drags him back up and sets him up for The Last Ride. He lifts him up onto his shoulders but PG reverses it into a hurricarana. Sykes stumbles up and grabs onto the ropes for support. PG low blows him and rolls him up. 1-2-3!

The winner of this match as a result of a pinfall and new X- Rated Champion… RatedPG!

That was a rotten thing to do. RatedPG had to cheat his way to victory tonight and I think it’s a damn shame.

“What I Want” by Daughtry plays over the sound system as RatedPG is handed the X- Rated Championship by the referee. He holds it high in the air as the crowd boos.

We have a new X- Rated Champion and his name is RatedPG. Sure, he cheated to win but it doesn’t matter, he’s the champ and Sykes isn’t. That’s what’s important.

Voiceover= Indigo

Suddenly the lights dim and the screen flashes between highlights of “Night of Glory” and a busy American city. Meanwhile “The Pretender” by Foo Fighters plays and a low voice begins speaking.

Get ready for the most exciting night in professional wrestling history as Ring of Glory presents “Adrenaline Overdose” live from Las Vegas next month. Witness David Simou attempt to exact revenge on Chris Classic for what happened at “Night of Glory”… in a Street Fight. All this and much, much more at “Adrenaline Overdose”!

The video clip ends and the camera cuts to backstage where Dan Jackson is standing alone.

So the next Ring of Glory PPV will be called “Adrenaline Overdose” and it will be live from Las Vegas. Wow, there are some awesome matches planned for “Adrenaline Overdose”, I can’t wait. There are still a couple more matches tonight though including Erik Michaels vs. Steve Ace for the ROG Heavyweight Championship. But now it’s time for Nightmare vs. Tristian Artist, two young hungry powerful giants facing off tonight in San Francisco. Will their match be First Blood, Falls Count Anywhere or Table?

Table 10%
Falls Count Anywhere 70%
First Blood 20%

So, it’s going to be Falls Count Anywhere, great choice fans.

The camera cuts to ringside.

The next ROG super show “Adrenaline Overdose” will be in Las Vegas and there are some brilliant matches on the card already. I can’t wait to see David Simou and Chris Classic go at it in a Street Fight.

Yes, it should be a massive show but tonight’s not over yet Leroy, we’ve got two studs ready to go at it in one of the most brutal matches in wrestling: Falls Count Anywhere.

A wall of fire erupts on the stage. “Burned” blares through the arena as Nightmare strides to the ring accompanied by Father Judge. The crowd are booing.

The following match is a Falls Count Anywhere match. On his way to the ring with his manager Father Judge, weighing in at 335 pounds, from Parts Unknown, he is the sadistic masked monster… Nightmare!

Father Judge walks up the steel steps as Nightmare climbs over the top rope. Nightmare walks to the centre of the ring, raises his arms and then drops them suddenly as red pyro bursts from the ring posts.

Wow, what an entrance Leroy!

Gold pyro goes off as “Crank That” by Soulja Boy begins playing. Tristian Artist walks down the ramp shaking fans hands as he goes.

And the opponent, weighing in at 235 pounds, from San Jacinto CA… Tristian “Rampage” Artist!

Tristian Artist looked good at Meltdown but tonight he’s facing a seven foot tall monster in a Falls Count Anywhere match tonight. He’s been thrown in straight at the deep end.

He slides into the ring and poses in the centre of the ring as the crowd cheers. Suddenly Nightmare rushes forward and takes him down with a clothesline.

That was uncalled for; this match hasn’t even started yet!

Nightmare pulls him up and pushes him into the turnbuckle. There he hits him with lefts and rights until Tristian blocks a punch and throws a couple back. Nightmare is stalled and Tristian takes him down with a shoulder block. He picks him up and throws him out the ring. Nightmare gets to his feet and the pair exchange blows outside the ring until Tristian ducks one and lights up Nightmares chest with a few chops before knocking him down with a stiff punch. Tristian looks under the ring for a weapon and pulls out a steel chair as Nightmare gets up. He smacks Nightmare over the head with it but it seems to have no effect. Father Judge just laughs hysterically as Artist hits him again with the chair. He swings it a third time but this time Nightmare blocks it with his arm and kicks Artist in the chest. Artist drops the chair and Nightmare lifts him onto his shoulders. He walks up the ramp with him before stopping at the side of the stage. Father Judge tells him something inaudible and he nods.

I wonder what he has in mind.

We’ll find out soon enough.

Nightmare drops Artist down letting him land on his feet and then wraps his hand round his throat. Tristian kicks him in the chest and pushes him backwards. Nightmare recovers and then charges forward, Tristian ducks but as he turns round Nightmare wraps his hand round his throat again. This time it works and he chokeslams Artist off the stage onto the electrical equipment.

Oh my God, that was incredible! Tristian Artist has to be dead!

Nightmare raises one arm in the air as the crowd boo. He slowly walks down the ramp and then slips past the barrier over to Artist.

He’s wasting too much time, he’s giving Tristian time to recover.

He goes for the cover but amazingly Artist kicks out. The crowd is ecstatic but Father Judge is furious, he storms to ringside and looks under the ring while Nightmare lays into Artist with viscous kicks. Father Judge returns to Artist with a cloth bag. Nightmare pulls Artist up and throws him over the barrier into the crowd. Nightmare and Judge follow. Tristian stumbles through the crowd while Nightmare stalks him menacingly. Suddenly Tristian stop, grabs a chair, spins round and smacks Nightmare over the head with it. He drives the chair into Nightmares chest and then smashes it over his face again. Nightmare goes down. 1-2- Father Judge breaks up the cover. Artist glares at Father Judge and shakes his head. Judge starts desperately running through the crowd but Tristian catches up with him easily. He spins him round, lifts him up and FUs him onto the barrier. Father Judges limp body slides down the barrier. Nightmare has been following though and just as Artist hits his finisher on Judge he elbows him in the back. He pulls him round and knees him in the chest a few times before scoop slamming him. 1-2- kick out! Nightmare lifts him up and clotheslines him over the barrier. He pulls the monitors from the announce table and hits Tristian over the head with one. He grabs the cloth bag from Father Judge’s limp hand and pours its contents over the announce table.

Thumb tacks!

Nightmare pulls him up, kicks him in the chest and powerbombs him through the announce table.

That table had thumb tacks spread all over it and Tristian Artist has just been powerbombed through it so hard that it’s broken. This is absolutely disgusting.

Nightmare drops to the floor and covers Tristian. 1-2-3!

The winner of this match as a result of a pinfall… Nightmare!

“Burned” begins playing again as Nightmare helps Father Judge to his feet. The pair then walk back up the ramp, not celebrating the victory at all.

What an amazing match Leroy. It had everything, steel chairs, tables and even thumb tacks. Ring of Glory needs to have more of these, that was awesome.

Well it was certainly an exciting match but at what cost? Both these men will never be the same after that brutality.

ROG Presents Aftershock Empty
PostSubject: Re: ROG Presents Aftershock   ROG Presents Aftershock EmptyThu Aug 21, 2008 7:58 am

Steve Ace= Olive

Let’s go backstage where Dan Jackson is standing by with Steve Ace.

The camera cuts backstage where the two are standing still. Ace looks very serious.

Steve Ace, very shortly you face Erik Michaels in a match for the ROG Heavyweight Championship. Most would call this the most important match of your career so far, your thoughts?

My thoughts are that at the end of tonight Erik Michaels will be staring at the ceiling in a pool of his own blood while I have my arm raised. Tonight will be the night that I finally reach my goal of becoming ROG Heavyweight Champion. Tonight I will return to Sheffield with that belt and no one can stop that from happening. Erik Michaels, you can pull out all the stops tonight, you can have your little water boy David Simou interfere, you can have that dumb bitch Ella get involved. Hell, you can bring everybody you got but it won’t change the outcome of the match. I will be the Ring of Glory Heavyweight Champion.

Thanks very much Steve. Good luck tonight.

The camera cuts back to ringside with Jimmy and Leroy.

The Ring of Glory Heavyweight Championship is on the line as Steve Ace takes on the champion Erik Michaels. It’s up next.

“Natural Born Killaz” by Dre and Snoop Dogg begins playing and Steve Ace walks to down the ramp. The fans reach out to pat him on the back but he shows no sign of emotion towards them. He’s got his kendo stick with him.

He looks really determined tonight Jimmy.

The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the ROG Heavyweight Championship. Introducing first, the challenger, weighing in at 272 pounds, from Sheffield England… Steve Ace!

Ace slides into the ring, walks over to the ropes and raises his kendo stick as the crowd cheer loudly.

He’s certainly popular with the fans but I can’t understand why. This guy’s just a thug.

“Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns N Roses starts up as Erik Michaels struts to the ring with Ella.

And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by Ella Perez, weighing in at 213 pounds, from Miami Florida… Erik Michaels!

Michaels climbs onto the apron, pulls down the ropes for Ella Perez and then climbs in himself. They pose together in the ring before kissing.

Erik Michaels is one very lucky man.

Steve Ace runs forward swinging his kendo stick manically. Michaels ducks it and as Ace turns round, nails him with a low blow. Ace drops the stick and the ref chucks it out the ring as the bell rings. Ella and Michaels Irish whip Ace off the ropes, he ducks there double clothesline but on the return gets knocked down with a double Superkick. The ref gets Ella out the ring but as his back is turned Michaels low blows Ace a second time. Michaels then pulls him up and shoots him into the turnbuckle. Michaels runs towards him but Ace gets a leg up and Michaels stumbles backwards. Ace then takes him down with a spear. 1-2- kick out! Both men jump up and Michaels hits a couple of punches to the side of Ace’s head. He goes for a suplex but Ace blocks it and lifts Michaels up before dropping him on his face for a near fall. Ace pulls Michaels up, knees him in the chest and lifts him onto his shoulders. Michaels reverses it into a Tornado DDT though. Michaels then drags Ace over to the ropes and begins choking him out with them. The ref counts to four and Michaels lets go. He then lifts him up and nails a belly to back suplex. He then goes to work on Ace’s legs, laying into them with stomps before locking in an inverted sharpshooter. The ref asks Ace if he wants to quit but he says no. The crowd begin chanting “Let’s go Ace” and it inspires Steve to crawl to the ropes and grab hold of the bottom one. Michaels lets go and mutters something inaudible before undoing the middle pad on the turnbuckle. He pushes Ace into it and starts chopping his chest. He then take s a few steps back and charges at Ace. Ace drop toe holds Michaels at the last second, sending his face flying into the steel.

Oooh, that looked painful.

Undoing the turnbuckle pad backfired on him; maybe he should try and play by the rules.

Ace goes for a small package. 1-2- kick out! He pulls him to his feet and locks in a standing head lock. Michaels pushes him off and Ace goes bouncing off the ropes. Michaels leapfrogs him and goes on the ride himself. They both collide with double clotheslines. Ace gets up with aid from the ropes at seven while Michaels kips up at nine. They both rush towards each other. Michael’s side steps Aces big boot attempt and nails him with a drop down DDT for another near fall. Michaels pulls him up and sends him straight back down to the mat with an uppercut. Michaels climbs the turnbuckle and goes for a leg drop. Ace rolls out the way and climbs back up to a vertical base. He waits for Michaels to get up, goes for a clothesline, Michaels ducks it, and lifts him up hoping to hit the Michinoku Driver II but Ace struggles out of it. He then ducks a few of Michaels punches, kick to the mid section, Cop Killa! 1-2- Ella pulls the ref under the bottom rope breaking up the count.

That conniving little bitch! Steve Ace had the match won!

While the ref is escorting Ella Perez back to the locker room, David Simou hops the guard rail on the other side of the ring. He picks up the kendo stick at ringside and walks up the steel steps. Ace is laying into Michaels with punches in the corner, Simou positions himself behind them both with the kendo stick at head height. Ace suddenly spins round, ducks the cane shot and it snaps off Michaels head instead. Ace looks between Michaels prone body and Simou’s shocked face and starts laughing. The ref is now running back to the ring and as he slides in, Simou smashes the kendo stick over Ace’s head. The bell rings.

The winner of this match by DQ… Steve Ace!

“Natural Born Killaz” by Dre and Snoop blares throughout the arena as the crowd boo, they’re furious with the decision.

He won the match but he didn’t win the title, the ROG Heavyweight Championship still belongs to Erik Michaels.

And it’s a damn shame.

The ref tries to pull Simou back but he easily overpowers the referee and nails Ace with a couple more viscous cane shots. “Natural Born Killaz” stops abruptly. Then he drops the kendo stick, snatches the title belt off the ref and walks over to Michaels, he’s leaning against the turnbuckle holding his forehead. Simou taps him on he shoulder, Michaels turns round and pushes him backwards aggressively.

Oh dear, this doesn’t look good!

Michaels pulls the belt out of Simou’s hands and raises it high into the air. “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns N Roses starts ups and Michaels climbs the turnbuckle. Simou glares at him for a few seconds before climbing out the ring and walking slowly back to the locker room. As Simou walks back up the ramp, Ella runs down it, slides into the ring and celebrates with Michaels.

Well, I’m disappointed Jimmy. I thought these two were going to have a modern day classic but it was ruined by outside interference.

And it ultimately led to Erik Michaels retaining by DQ which I was very happy with. Obviously I’d of preferred Michaels to win by pinfall but he’s still the champ so I’m good.

I’m getting sick of Erik Michaels and it seems like David Simou is too.

David Simou is lucky he hasn’t been kicked out “The Powers That Be” already, after losing every match he’s been a part of and smacking his own team mate on the head with a kendo stick, I’m surprised he hasn’t been dumped by now.

Well, I don’t condone hitting people with kendo sticks but it was obviously a mistake and Erik retained the title, I think Michaels is making is making a big deal out of nothing to be honest.

Well, tonight’s been an amazing night. Two champions have been crowned and there have been some extremely brutal matches. It’s been awesome and I can’t wait for our next show “Adrenaline Overdose”.

Neither can I Jimmy, this is Leroy Brown and Jimmy DeMarco signing out, we hope you enjoyed the show.

The show ends.
